ISG refurbished the restaurant owned and operated by Marriott Hotel located on the iconic Champs-Élysées. During the project it was essential for the restaurant to maintain certain critical services, such as the kitchens remaining fully operational for room service, bar and breakfast service.

The project had extremely tight deadlines which were non-negotiable as the re-opening of the restaurant coincided with the beginning of the peak holiday season.
